Don't want to apply online? Just click the link above to download an application for broker bond, fill it out and fax it to us.
To file a claim against a broker, please make sure we carried a bond with the broker at the time of shipment and click on "Claim Form" above. Please follow the instructions on page 1 and mail the claim back to us. We do NOT take claims that are faxed to us.
The date of your shipment MUST be within these dates that we had a bond for the broker and it must be at least 45 days past due or your claim will automatically be denied.
